数据转移工作已经开始,昨晚已经开始把用户的数据转移到新的主机构架下,在接下来的4-6周内,该过程将24小时不停进行。我们对之前主机用户获得的不完美体验表示道歉,并会努力完成之前的承诺,主机用户可在速度和稳定性上得到大的提高。
在转移过程中,可能会对控制面板有些许影响,但是对网站和邮件等其他服务将不受影响,而且会在有大的操作之前提前24小时通知,所谓大的操作指有可能造成宕机超过15分钟以上。对于转移过程中数据安全问题,我们也保证不会出现任何问题,如果出现任何问题都可以联系技术支持。
CP9 Migration Notification
Dear Customer,
This is the email we’ve been promising you! You’re finally moving!
Two days ago, our scripts got busy copying all of your data from the current CP9 platform to our new CP9 infrastructure. We hope that you will be pleased with the new service and that we won’t find ourselves in a situation where we’re all excited about moving ever again.
The process is already starting as of tonight. We’ll take the first steps toward the migration by completing a database optimization on the current infrastructure. This is a necessary preparation step for the move. There may be slow reaction times accessing your control panel as this occurs, however your websites and all other services running will not be affected. We deeply apologize for the past service interruptions and are striving to again attain service levels that are representative of our commitment to you , your sites and our integrity. The migration process and the team surrounding it will not sleep for the next 4-6 weeks as the processes will be running tirelessly, 24 hours a day. It’s a good thing scripts don’t need coffee.
Although we cannot promise there will be no more crashing – as there very well may be hiccups along the way – we CAN commit to letting you know 24 hours in advance before we perform any tasks that will require downtime of more than 15 minutes. Our status blog will have the most recent updates.
The good news is that you will not have to do anything to prepare for your move. We will take care of migrating all of your data, services, usernames, passwords and IP addresses (which will not change). As always, we will be here 24/7 to answer any questions you may have about the process and to ease any concerns.
